Extra later manufactured by NARDI-ITALIA top trim ring placed on the center around the Personal ” PORSCHE” horn button.
Originally, this Personal steering wheel was offered with a black anodized thin top trim ring as shown on another auction of mine (Same steering wheel)
MO MO copied this original “Personal” leather steering wheel from 1968 and called it “MONZA” + Prototipo.
FLAWLESS condition.
After that the original “NARDI & C ” Company – founder Enrico Nardi (Death 23rd August 1966) and closed down definitively in 1969, The Italian steering wheels manufacturer ” Personal S.P.A.” started in 1972 to bring under a new patented Trade name ” NARDI Torino” and new Logos the 36 + 39 cm steering wheel called ” Classico” with a different E. Nardi signature as the original Enrico NARDI – NARDI & C steering wheels signature.
This vintage ” Personal” Leather steering wheel is the most rare of all leather steering wheels to fit PORSCHE – FERRARI 206 – 246.
This Model was then copied later by Moretti and offered as “MONZA” or “PROTOTIPO”
